No blogrush to make money anymore
So who has the distinction of being kicked out of the BlogRush network? Your’s truly have just received an email from the admins over at Blogrush saying that my account is now INACTIVE and that I should not take it personally. The reasons given are the that I have not met the strict guidelines followed by these canned messages.
Let’s rebut them one by one
- This blog contains unique, quality (so there might be a problem here) content that provides insight ..etc etc… no PLR articles that are repeated all over the web.
- The blog is updated nearly daily except for one or two days where I am not feeling well enough to climb out of bed
- This blog contains at least 60+ post of unique content, not copied from anywhere else other that the recess of the brain on mine
- This blog’s language is in English. (Anyone else see any other language here?)
- This blog contains more articles than ads. in fact recently, the ads content is even gone, done deliberately
- The primary content is not scraped from any other sites nor is it written for the sole purpose of search engines.
- The blog’s content (or advertising) does not contain any of the following types of content: hate, anti-racial, terrorism, drug-related, hacking, phishing, fraud, pornographic, nudity, warez, gambling, copyright infringement, obscene or disgusting material of any kind, or anything considered illegal.
So what was the reason for termination. Hahahaha….. actually, the reason is more because I have stopped the BlogRush widget on my blog several weeks back. I did not like how the widget looked on my make money online site and in any case, it was not bringing me much traffic. I did not toe the BlogRush line and was thus terminated. Anyway, I’m not too bothered about this.
What is important for a make money blog is targeted traffic. What little traffic blogrush is bringing is un-targeted and the bounce rate of the visitors increase greatly. So for those of you still under the gainful “employment” of blogrush. All the best. I’m more interested running some experiments in getting more targeted traffic for this make money blog.

I signed up my software development blog during the grand opening period and there was no problem. But, a few weeks later I submitted OpTempo and got turned down for the bogus quality reasons. The thing is that according to Google Analytics and other tracking the ‘evaluation’ was all of about 2 seconds before they bounced. I think they saw Adsense and clicked their reject button like they had been trained to do.
